The management team of Inviron is characterised by people who have been involved in the industry for most of their working lives, many have come up through the ranks experiencing life at all levels of the company. Promotion from within is positively encouraged, but on occasion we attract some of the best talent in our industry to compliment our home grown management.
Garry Metcalfe, Managing Director, leads Inviron, with four operational direct reports leading the Facilities Management & Service, Building Systems, Airport & Aviation and Marine divisions. Where required, business units within each of these divisions have been created to ensure we deliver the unique blend of expectations that each of our customers demand.
Central support functions are led by senior members of the management team, and along with resources within each of the divisions, provide the tools and processes the business needs, consistently across Inviron.
