The management team of Inviron is characterised by people who have been involved in the industry for most of their working lives, the vast majority having come up through the organisation rather than being hired in. Combining this approach with share ownership brings together a management team who are committed, because they own the company along with other employees, who ensure continuity for clients because staff retention is high, and who display an unrivaled competence built over many years.
Garry Metcalfe, Managing Director, heads Inviron. There are two main operating units of the business run by Divisional directors, with each separate business unit run by a senior general manager. Central support functions are headed by members of the management team, and serve the needs of Inviron.
