Inviron has launched a new customer service tool that uses DNA profiling to provide clients with an excellent service.

The new DNA Console tool has evolved from the company's award-winning customer care programme, Inviron DNA. This is a framework that provides information on the needs and expectations of clients through interviews and workshops. It's then mapped in a unique DNA model for each client and used to continually review performance, measure satisfaction and to identify improvements.

The DNA Console software takes this approach to the next stage and allows Inviron's clients to view, minute-by-minute, the detailed status of their current planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, providing a level of visibility and openness between a facilities management provider and client that has not been seen before.

Garry Metcalfe, Inviron's Managing Director, explains: "We strive to deliver the best customer service by continually surpassing our clients' expectations. This new software is ground breaking as it allows us to improve our service, while clients can measure our performance by accessing live data on the work we are undertaking.

Inviron trialled the DNA console software with Land Securities, the UK's leading real estate investment trust.
