Inviron's long-standing partnership with main contractor, Overbury Northern, moved to another level after Overbury entrusted Inviron to help fit out its new offices in Manchester.

Inviron's Building Systems North West and Overbury have worked together to complete a significant re-furbishment to the Zenith Building in Manchester. This building will form new offices for Overbury Northern, with provision for around 60 members of staff, including meeting rooms, conference facilities and break out areas.

During the six-week programme, Inviron installed a host of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, including new water and drainage services, intelligent lighting modifications, underfloor power track, a Rotasoc Cable Management System within the desking arrangement, as well as fire alarms and undertaking a full test and commissioning of the newly installed M&E services.

In the past year, Inviron and Overbury have partnered on a variety of contracts, including a fast-track fit-out of a Network Rail building in Manchester.
