Inviron, the leading facilities management and building services provider, has been awarded a major contract to maintain and manage the mechanical and electrical systems at 13 shopping centres across the UK, owned by property giant Land Securities.
 
These shopping centres include the award-winning 530,000sq ft Princesshay in Exeter (pictured) and the St. David's Centre in Cardiff, which is visited by over 25 million people every year. These two prestigious shopping centres are ranked among Land Securities' top 12 retail properties in the UK.

Paul Horsley from Inviron's Commercial and Retail Division, said: "The 13 centres combined are visited by hundreds of thousands of people each week, so we will ensure the M&E systems are maintained, therefore operating at peak efficiency, in order to provide a comfortable environment for shoppers and staff."

This adds to Inviron's growing partnership with Land Securities, whose current contract, providing mechanical and electrical services across Land Securities' London Portfolio, was recently extended until at least 2012.
