Inviron, the leading building services and facilities management provider, has been awarded a three-year contract by MMC, the global risk and insurance services company, to provide facilities management services for seven manned sites in and around London.

Inviron's National Building Service business will manage and maintain Sackville House, Bakers Hall, Great Tower Street, The Minories, Dexter House, Barber Surgeons Hall, and Fountain House. All these sites will be managed by Inviron's Contract Manager, Bill Cox.

Inviron already has an existing contract with MMC for three manned sites, at Victoria House in Norwich, Grove & Mayland House in Witham and the European Data Centre in Bedford.

Finally, Inviron will also provide MMC with a dedicated help desk facility, based at our Ipswich office, which is contacted via a direct dial number from each MMC site.
