Inviron, the leading building services and facilities management provider, is providing the mechanical and electrical expertise in the construction of a new £14m Inpatient Facility for Suffolk Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust.

As part of the development, Inviron has been appointed by main contractor, Kier Eastern, to undertake a significant design and install project that will cover a wide range of M&E systems including LV switchboards, security and CCTV systems, fire, nurse call and staff attack alarms, along with mechanical systems such as HVAC, water supplies and BMS Controls.

The project will ultimately result in the creation of four brand new wards, which will vastly improve facilities for mental health inpatients.

Inviron is due to complete its work by January 2011.
