Inviron appointed as Land Securities Partner
Inviron, the leading building services and facilities management provider, has been appointed by property giant Land Securities, as its London Service Partner for a number of high profile premises in the capital.

Inviron will provide the facilities management and services at the prestigious Cardinal Place Development - a 650,000 sq ft development of office and retail space. The site will be supported by a dedicated team of around 20 Inviron staff, including a contract manager, technicians and administration staff.

The £200m award-winning Cardinal Place Development, which was completed in Autumn 2005, is occupied by a number of prominent businesses, including Microsoft, Marks & Spencer, P&O, Zara and Boots.

This partnership between Inviron and Land Securities, the UK's leading property company, which owns and manages approximately six million square metres of commercial, office and residential property and provides property services to more than 2,500 private and public sector clients, is the latest in the long running relationship that has grown in strength over the last few years.

In October 2006, Inviron were awarded the facilities management of the Portland House portfolio, which consists of a number of commercial, retail and residential buildings adjacent to the Cardinal Place Development.

Neil Johnson, from Inviron, said: "Our performance on the Portland House contract was a factor that led to us being awarded this much sought after contract at Cardinal Place.

"Inviron had been working with Land Securities at Regis House in Central London for eight years so they are well aware of the excellent service we provide for our clients and their customers."

The Inviron team at Cardinal Place will work alongside Land Securities' general manager, Dee Maher.

Dee comments: "Having worked successfully with Inviron within our Portland House portfolio, we are delighted they are taking over the facilities management of the award winning and much acclaimed Cardinal Place Development, which is the newest addition to our portfolio."
