Inviron, the leading building services and facilities management provider, has been awarded a facilities management contract for a further five offices and warehouses across the North East by long-term partner, York-based Grantside Limited.

The award of this contract, from long-term partner Grantside Limited, is in addition to Grantside renewing Inviron's existing contract for the facilities management of six other buildings in Newcastle upon Tyne, Peterlee and Seaham.

The FM contract covers planned maintenance of heating systems, boilers, plant rooms, air handling units, chiller units and emergency lighting, reactive maintenance work will also be carried out.

Richard Waddington, project co-ordinator of Grantside Limited, commented: "We are pleased that we have been able to award Inviron an additional five contracts for the FM on a selection of our projects in the North East.

"This decision was based on their high level of professionalism and commitment to their customers."
