Solihull-based Inviron, the leading building services and facilities management provider, in partnership with ISS Coflex, one of the world's largest facility service groups, has been awarded a five-year facilities maintenance contract with Anglian Water.

Inviron's role will be to provide Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and small works across the 13 Anglian Water sites. Also, Inviron and ISS Coflex will integrate their helpdesk facilities, with Inviron providing the mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspect at its Ipswich branch.

Inviron will also provide four dedicated mobile engineers to service the sites and a contracts manager to oversee the contract.

Inviron has a long-standing working relationship with Anglian Water as it has a contract for the maintenance the water company's sewage treatment works, clean treatment works, pumping stations and is undertaking electrical testing in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations (E@WR). Anglian Water was also one of the first clients to have started Inviron's innovative customer care programme, Inviron dna„¢.
