Inviron has secured a new contract with commercial property business MAG Developments to provide technical services at two prestigious office buildings at Manchester Airport.
The company, which has been successfully working at the airport's World Freight Terminal for the past three years, will now also maintain and manage the M&E services at the impressive Voyager and 4M office buildings.
Voyager (pictured), situated next to junction 5 of the M56 motorway, is a premium, multi-tenanted office building providing space over seven floors, with occupiers including airline Etihad Airways and global car parts manufacturer, Klarius Group.
4M, an imposing 83,000 sq ft structure, provides grade-A office accommodation over six floors and has direct access to the airport's rail, coach and bus station, in addition to integrated access to the amenities in the airport terminals. Occupiers include the regional headquarters of Swedish bank Handelsbanken and specialist international advertising company, EYE.
Richard Mahomed, operations manager at Inviron, says: "We're really pleased to have secured this new contract. Both of these buildings are of grade A office specification and have state-of-the-art M&E systems throughout.
"The maintenance schedule our team has put in place will ensure all systems are kept in optimum condition, therefore operating effectively and efficiently providing a comfortable working environment for the occupants."
Stephanie Mullenger, business development director at MAG Developments, said: "Having demonstrated its credentials on our World Freight Terminal estate, we look forward to continuing to build on this successful relationship with Inviron as we strive to provide the highest customer service levels across all of our buildings."
