Leading building services and facilities management provider, Inviron, is celebrating a double win of projects in Ipswich town centre. The two mechanical and electrical contracts are for a new office building and a new Glasswells furniture store.
The company is set to start work in September, alongside main contractor ISG Jackson Special Projects, on the installation of the mechanical and electrical systems in a new four-storey office block at 40 Princes Street, for developer Targetfollow. The project will be completed by the end of the year.
In addition, Inviron has recently begun working with Barnes Construction, to design and build the mechanical and electrical systems for a new Glasswells furniture retail store. The 6,950m2 store includes a showroom, restaurant and toilet facilities. This contract is due to be completed in October 2008
Colin Clements, Inviron's General Manager, Building Systems Eastern, commented: "We are delighted to be involved in both these town centre projects, with local clients and local main contractors."
