Inviron, the leading building services and facilities management provider, has helped transform an 18th Century building into a modern office and residential development.
Inviron's Building Systems London business has installed mechanical and electrical systems into 9 Cavendish Square €“ a six-floor, 31,158 sq ft building.
The work was completed alongside main contractor Mansells, Services Consultants WPP and Architect, Rolf Judd, for client The Freshwater Group.
The re-development of 9 Cavendish Square is the final stage in a development project to the north end of the square, which forms part of the 18th Century Harley-Cavendish Estate.
This property will provide an important contribution to classic British architecture as well as a modern office space.
John Scanlon, General Manager, Building Systems London, said: "To have been part of this redevelopment which returns Cavendish Square to its original architectural layout, while at the same time creating a modern office space, has been very rewarding.
"Also, working closely with main contractor, Mansells, has enhanced the relationship Inviron has with it across the UK."
