This project, working alongside ISG Jackson, was to create a new 19,000 sq ft laboratory for Quotient Bioresearch, who are a leading provider of early phase drug development and sports testing services.  The project comprised of the conversion of a former stables building, creating 14,000 sq ft of bio-analytical laboratories and the redevelopment of existing buildings into a new 5,000 sq ft microbiology facility. 

The mechanical and electrical installation included heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, above-ground drainage, thermal insulation, LV switchboard/distribution, along with CCTV, fire alarm and access control systems and mechanical services wiring.
