Newcomen Primary School was a new build project on the site of an existing school.  The new school incorporates four breakout areas accessed via a central corridor, this allows staff to teach in a flexible and innovative way, for example, as three of the breakout areas are covered outdoor spaces, they create opportunities for pupils to undertake environmental projects.

Inviron co-ordinated and installed the mechanical and electrical services, including condensing boiler plant, underfloor heating, PIR lighting, extract ventilation, access control, fire and intruder alarms and wireless network points.
