Newcomen Primary School was a new build project on the site of an existing school, Inviron co-ordinated and installed the mechanical and electrical services.

The new school incorporates four breakout areas which are accessed via a central corridor, this allows the staff to teach in a flexible and innovative way.  Three of the breakout areas are covered outdoor spaces, creating opportunities for pupils to take part in environmental projects, with the indoor breakout area providing a space for general and IT studies.

The building also includes a number of heating and lighting energy saving initiatives.
