Inviron provides a dedicated contract team which includes a key account manager, site-based personnel and a London-based Customer Service Centre, which utilises the Concept 500 system.  We prepare detailed monthly reports that support our performance measurement and self-auditing process and also include value engineering and life cycle costing recommendations, energy initiatives and critical success factor reviews.
