Half of its multi-billion pound portfolio is in London, where Inviron provide the mechanical, electrical and fabric planned and reactive maintenance at a large number of prestigious properties including some of the capital's most innovative mixed-use schemes including Cardinal Place, Victoria and New Street Square in mid-town.

Inviron provides a dedicated contract team which includes a key account manager, site-based personnel and a London based Help Desk, which utilises the Concept 500 system.

We prepare detailed monthly reports that support our performance measurement and self-auditing process and also include value engineering recommendations, energy initiatives, life cycle costing recommendations and critical success factor reviews.
