Project Description:

This project was to provide flexible office accommodation, public cashiers' facilities and a centralised post room, within the first element of the Hackney Town Hall Campus development programme.

Inviron were employed by Osborne on a single stage design and build basis, with all mechanical and electrical systems being installed by Inviron.

The design incorporates eco-friendly solutions that were the basis of the build process and achieved a BREEAM standard of ‘very good', reflecting its low environmental impact.

Following completion, the contract for the facilities maintenance, within the development, was also awarded to Inviron.
