Project Description:

Opened in March 2007 Ipswich Borough Council's new headquarters has 61,500 sq ft of office space and retail units at ground floor level.

Ipswich Borough Council have named their new headquarters Grafton House after HMS Grafton and the ship's bell awarded to Ipswich in recognition of the special relationship the ship had with the town now stands in the reception area.

The environmentally friendly building was constructed by RG Carter with Inviron installing all mechanical and electrical services.
