Inviron provide full technical services management across 10 shopping centres, including planned and reactive maintenance and fire officer duties at each location, ensuring all mechanical and electrical systems and building fabric infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards, so both shoppers and staff can visit the centres in comfort and safety.

This contract also saw the formation of a Facilities Alliance between CSC, Inviron and soft services provider Europa, who are all committed to working together with openness and honesty.  The Alliance, a first in the industry, has strengthened and consolidated CSC's facilities management provision, therefore, offering best value to their tenants.
