Project Description:

Inviron are providing the mechanical and electrical services at two 11 storey, 131,000 sq ft bespoke office buildings on a brown field site location at South Shore Road, Gateshead for South Shore Developments Limited (A joint venture partnership between City & Northern and Robertson Property).

The project secured initially under a two stage tender process is being undertaken for the main contractor Carillion Building North and the Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Consultant Desco (Design & Consultancy) Ltd.

A key requirement for the buildings will be a high standard of energy efficiency that required a BREEAM Rating of 'excellent'.
