Project Description:

Marriot Motor Group recently opened its brand new state of the art Audi Dealership, the centre can display 10 new models within its showroom and has 8 work bays designed to reduce customer waiting time during service and repair. Already the centre has been chosen as the R8 centre for the entire Suffolk area.

The spacious valet building at the rear of the dealership includes well equipped wet and dry cleaning bays and incorporates a water recycling plant.

The centre complies with the 2006 L2A Building Regulations for the conservation of fuel and power and offers its customers a luxurious reception area with free wireless access and large parking areas.

The contract was started in February 2007 and completed on time and within budget in July 2007.
